London: An eight-year-old schoolgirl of Indian descent has made a place in the "Hall of Fame of Mathematics" in Britain. Mathematics Hall of Fame is a competitive online platform for elementary school students. Sohini Roy Chowdhury has also made his way into the Top 100 World Hall of Fame after solving mathematical puzzles quickly and accurately while competing with students from Britain and other countries. His father, Mankoek Roy Chowdhury, said, "To get a spot in the Hall of Fame Live World, it is very fun to solve the problem of mathematics in the online learning environment."

Accountant Chaudhary said, "Sohini's great-grandfather, DN Roy, was a qualified locomotive engineer from Scotland and worked for Indian Railways. I would say that Sohini inherited his interest in mathematics genetically. Sohini wants to become a doctor while growing up.
