Pune. Lightly moderate fog was affected in Majbat (Assam), Agartala (Tripura), Shahjahanpur (West Uttar Pradesh), Hisar (Haryana) and Ludhiana (Punjab). Night temperatures were much below the normal in Odisha, Telangana, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, coastal Andhra Pradesh, interior Karnataka and parts of Odisha and the rest of Madhya Pradesh.

In Assam, Meghalaya, Gangetic West Bengal, Bihar, West Madhya Pradesh, Konkan and parts of Goa and the rest of Tamilnadu, the temperature was below normal.

Simultaneously, in the remaining parts of West Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Eastern Rajasthan and Gujarat and in the remaining parts of West Rajasthan and West Madhya Pradesh, temperatures were very much above normal.

In some parts of Haryana, the remaining parts of Assam, Meghalaya and East Madhya Pradesh were above normal. In East Madhya Pradesh, Mandla recorded a minimum temperature of 6.2 degree Celsius. In the next 24 hours in eastern parts of eastern Uttar Pradesh and at different places in Bihar, West Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Punjab, there is estimated to be heavy dust fog.

At the same time, dense places may be affected in Tripura and West Bengal and the impact of lightly moderate fog on separate isolated places of Assam and Meghalaya. In the last 24 hours in most parts of Jammu and Kashmir and in different parts of West Bengal, Sikkim and Andaman and Nicobar Islands, it rained or split with thunder.

The weather was dry in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Lakshadweep.
