West Indies Cricket Board said that Chris Gayle is not available for selection, although he will be available for the England tour of England and next year for the World Cup.

Before the ODI series, the team will participate in the training camp. Dwayne Bravo and spinner Sunil Narine have not got any place in any team. Captain of the one-day team will be Jason Holder, while the T20 team's command will be in the hands of Carlos Braithwaite.
