Maruti Suzuki has launched the new Alto in the Indian market. The company has set its initial price at 2.94 lakh rupees (ex-showroom, Delhi). This Facilitated Entry-Level Hatchback will be available in three variants only. Now all these variants will now get the new BS-VI compliant 800cc engine.

Maruti Suzuki has removed '800' badging from Alto Facelift. The second car after the new Alto Baleno is the BS-VI compliant engine. Some cosmetic updates have been made in the new Alto. Now it has been given a new front grill and bumper. This car has 12-inch steel wheels, which can be seen in black or silver paint.
Talking about the interior, a new cabin like the Alto K10 has been given in the new Maruti Alto. It has dual-tone dashboard, double DIN infotainment system, USB, Bluetooth and Ox-in support. New hatchback has provided compulsory safety equipment, including driver airbags, reverse parking sensor, high-speed alert, seat belt reminder and ABS.
In the new Maruti Alto, the new BS-VI compilent 796cc three-cylinder petrol engine is given, which generates 48bhp power and 69Nm pickup torque. This engine has a 5-speed manual gearbox. The company has claimed that the mileage of 2019 Alto will be 22.05 kmpl.

Right now, this is an interim model for the new Alto company, the company will launch the Next Generation model in 2020. Next Generation Maruti Alto will get a completely new look. Here's a look like SUV, which will be lowered to compete with its rival Renault Kwid. Next Generation Alto can be found in a 2018 Auto Expo design with a future s concept showcase.
