Airtel India has re-launched its #AirtelThanks program with the aim of increasing its user base in the country. The AirtelThanks program comes in three categories- Silver, Gold and Premium. In every category of this, Airtel users get the benefits of content brands like Amazon Prime, Netflix, Zee5 and Wynk music. Along with AirtelThanks, the company has launched a new plan of Rs 299. 70 GB data is being given to the users in this plan.
Rs 299 Plan Details: This plan is only available for Airtel Prepaid Subscribers. Airtel users get Unlimited Calling, 100 SMS per day and 2.5GB daily data with Amazon Prime membership in Rs 299. This plan comes with a validity of 28 days. Together with this plan, users get 70GB data with 28 days validity. Let us know, this is not Airtel's first plan which comes with Amazon Prime membership. Subscribers get prime membership in Airtel Infinity Postpaid plans.
It seems that Airtel is planning to compete with Reliance Jio with its latest plans of Rs 299. In the prepaid plan Jio Rs 299, users get unlimited voice calls, 3GB 4G data per day, 100 SMS per day and Jio Apps benefits.
Jio's Rs 299 plan comes with 28 days of validity just like Airtel's Rs 299. Compared to this plan of Airtel, users get more benefits in Jio. For 28 days, Jio users get total 84GB 4G data in this plan. Airtel's Rs 299 plan is available on all retail stores. Consumers can also take this pack from Amazon.in and Amazon Pay.
