Spanish viewers protested a few weeks ago for the strong censorship to which the new Hellboy had been submitted in our cinemas, but the truth is that without it has also worked better restart the character on the big screen.

The film starring David Harbor and directed by Neil Marshall has achieved 21.9 million dollars in the United States and brings a total of 40 million if we count the international box office. Despite having been a really cheap production with about 50 million estimated costs, the bump for Lionsgate is considerable.

The second part of the previous saga was able to duplicate what production had cost with the box office benefits, so we can not say that the return of the character has served to do more justice than before or that the spectators were especially excited about this return.

It was very hard for Hellboy to return to the cinema when it was profitable, so we do not want to know how much will have to happen until someone tries again after what happened now.
