| Black Widow: Photos of Scarlett Johansson in Marvel film leaked online |
This news may contain Avengers spoilers: Endgame. Do not keep reading if you have not seen the movie yet and you are going to do it.
If you have seen Avengers: Endgame, you know very well what has been the fate of many of the characters of the MCU that appear there. Among them, of course, Scarlet Johansson in her role as Black Widow.
Well, all that presaged that the film of this superheroine alone, would take place in very specific time-space. Something that, now, is put in doubt with the filtration of some images of the set of the shooting of the film.
The point is that, after the sacrifice of Natasha Romanoff, the normal thing would be that the solo movie of Black Widow was a prequel. It had even been said that it could take place after the events of Captain America: Civil War.
In contrast, the new images (as you can see in the tweet above) suggest that Romanoff might have returned in a somewhat "different" way. In one of the photos, it appears with something red in his hands. Some, suppose it could be the Gem of Reality. On the other hand, another of the images, which you can see just above these lines, seems to show what a funeral would be like. One that Wido Negra attends, logically. Whose will it be? It is difficult to know, considering that we have no idea if it will be a prequel or if the events will take place after the Civil War.
In any case, Kevin Feige will soon reveal new details of Phase 4 of the MCU. It will be this same summer, during the celebration of the Comic-Con of San Diego. Of course, there is no guarantee that he talks about Black Widow or that he reveals his secrets. What do you think?
