After getting the information about the accident, local people and administration team reached the spot. The rescue work continues.

The injured have been admitted to hospital.

In Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir, 33 people died in a road accident and more than a dozen people were injured. The incident took place on Monday morning when a bus filled with riders just went deep into the ditch. The bus was going to Kishtwar from Keshav, only then the driver's control was lost and the bus fell into a deep ditch near Sargavari. The accident happened at around 7.30 in the morning. Jammu's IGP MK Sinha told PTI that bodies of 20 passengers have been taken out. Simultaneously, relief and rescue work is in progress. Wounded passengers have been admitted to the hospital.

Mahbuba Mufti and Omar Abdullah have expressed condolences on the accident. Mufti tweeted, "There was sad to hear about the painful incident in Kishtwar. Condolences to the bereaved families. ' On the other hand, Omar Abdullah tweeted, "There is terrible news about those who died in a bus accident in Kishtwar. Congratulations to the relatives of the dead and prayed for early recovery of the injured. '






The same incident happened in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh. 

At least four people, including three students, died and many others were injured on Monday falling into a ditch in a bus. Most of the passengers on the bus were children. Officials said that the incident happened near Khalini village in the district. He said that it was just Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (HRTC). The bus driver died on the spot and three injured students succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital.


At the same time, he said that the campaign is being run to save the passengers, in which the majority of children are children. The official said the bus conductor and three students were injured in the incident. He has been taken to the hospital.
