Spider-Man: Far from Home Tom Holland Accuses Sony of Photoshopping His Head on Tobey Maguire's Body for the Far From Home Poster
Spider-Man: Far from Home

Tom Holland says in an interview, along with his co-stars, that this "supposed" Sony assembly bothers him.

His companions did not know whether to laugh or cry. What is clear is that Tom Holland is angry with what he believes has been a trick of Sony towards him. Basically, for having made a montage with his body on one of the posters of Spider-Man: Far from Home

Everything happened during a recent interview in which was not only Tom Holland but also some of his co-stars in the film, such as Jacob Batalon or Zendaya. And it was precisely Batalon who poked at the wound.

"Does that look like you?" Batalon asked in reference to the aforementioned poster. To which Holland replied with a "You know, it's not like that, that poster makes me very upset, that's probably the body of Tobey Maguire in my head, it's not even my body, I do not know why they did that."

The presenter of BBC Radio 1 tried to fix the situation, but Holland continued to him: "Sony is going crazy right now, it's something like 'please, stop making fun of us with the posters'." And be careful, because he has not been the only one who has publicly complained about this situation. Many fans have also commented on it in recent days.

In fact, the subject has become so viral, that some fans have not been slow to make memes of all those "dubious" posters by Sony. Whether or not Holland's body is that of Tobey Maguire is another story, by the way.

The good thing is that polemics and jokes aside, there is nothing left to be able to enjoy the film in our country. And this Friday, July 5, 2019, will end, once and for all, Phase 3 of the UCM.
